Your device failed to connect.
🪟 Windows: Make sure you have
Apple Devices (or
iTunes if Apple Devices does not work) open, and your device is showing. Go back into Nugget, and refresh the device list.
🍎 MacOS: open Finder, and make sure you see your device listed on the side, above Tags. Go back to nugget, and refresh the device list.
Make sure you are using the port on the back of your pc (if applicable), and you are using a cable that is able to transfer data.
Your iOS/iPadOS version is unsupported.
Only versions of iOS/iPadOS 18.2 Developer Beta 2 and under support mobilegestalt.

You opened it incorrectly.
Type 'win+r' and in the newly opened window, type 'cmd' and press enter. Drag 'Nugget.exe' into command prompt, and press enter.
Wait a few seconds before Nugget opens. Don't close command prompt.
